The University of West Alabama’s Office of Sponsored Programs provides a wide range of services to the faculty and staff in all phases of the grant process, including Federal, State, Corporate, and Foundation funding sources. We offer assistance in a variety of sponsored program activities, from identifying a potential source of funding, developing the grant application,  reviewing the award documents, and implementing the grant.
      The Office of Sponsored Programs is located in the Choctaw Tavern on the UWA campus. This web site describes our services including how to research for funding, the basics of getting started, links to sites of funding sources, message board, and the  newsletter.
