The University of West Alabama
now has an official Office of Sponsored Programs.
Sponsored Programs is a service office designed to
assist the faculty, administration, and staff
through the grant seeking process including Federal,
State and Foundation funding sources. We offer
assistance in a variety of sponsored program
activities, from identifying a potential source of
funding to reviewing the terms and conditions of
awards made to the institution. The Office of
Sponsored Programs is located in the Choctaw Tavern on
the UWA campus. This Web Site
describes our services including how to research for
funding, the basics of getting started, links to
sites of funding sources, message board and the
monthly newsletter.
